Refund policy

You are unhappy with your purchase, and I am deeply sorry about that. For any reason, within 14 days of receipt of goods, any unused items in their initial condition and packaging will be accepted to be refunded.

Or maybe the item you received was faulty. Please send me some pictures of the damaged item.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me. If the item you received was faulty or damaged, I will send a return label to you. Please email me to arrange a return to elena@kissmezombie.com. You will then have 2 weeks to send back the item to me. 

You can always contact me for any return questions at elena@kissmezombie.com.

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, I will refund you within 3 open days.

Please keep your tracking number to ensure that I received your package. I will not be responsible if the returned package is lost in the mail.
